Pole vault planting boxes is a rectangular box buried in the ground and is the area where the pole vaulters plant the pole before using it to propel themselves over the bar. Proper design and maintenance of the planting box are essential to ensure the safety and success of pole vaulters during competitions.

Our pole vault planting boxes are constructed of stainless steel or cast aluminum powder coated in white, orange, or yellow. Strategic installation wings prevent floating during concrete encasement.

Cast aluminum pole vault planting boxers are World Athletic (IAAF) certified.

POLE VAULT BOX COVER PLUGS

Pole vault planting box cover plugs is used to cover the planting box when it’s not in use during pole vault competitions or practices. The cover plug maintains a smooth surface on the runway, protects the planting box from debris and weather conditions, and ensures the safety of athletes and other individuals using the track and field. Our cover plugs feature a retractable handle and recessed to accept track surfacing.
