DESCRIPTION

Tie-back tension netting systems manufactured by Sportsfield Specialties is protective netting solution used in ballparks and athletic facilities used to safeguard spectators, players, and staff from foul balls, errant balls hit during the game or loose bats. These systems use a unique tensioning mechanism where netting is stretched and secured using cables called “tie-backs” to ensure the netting stays taut, stable,  and secure.

Tie-back tension netting systems can be tailored to suit the specific needs of a ballpark. Netting can be installed at varying heights and stretch across different sections of the field, such as along foul likes, behind dugouts, or around the outfield. This makes the netting system highly adaptable for different stadium designs and layouts. Because the netting is tensioned and secured outside of the fans view of the game, athletic facilities can still maintain a great fan experience and provide safety at the same time.
