Football Goal Access Frame Kits
- Available for all Sportsfield football goal post models
- Required for rotating and/or hinged football goal posts
- Creates a subsurface void to permit access for goal post removal, rotating/ hinged (if applicable), or general adjustments
- Designed for synthetic infill turf or natural grass applications
- Synthetic turf models include exclusive infill retainage gasket and perimeter turf attachment ledge
- Aluminum construction with integral drainage stub
- Includes two half covers with goal post cutout (solid covers sold separately)
- Note: Synthetic turf models require turf to be applied by others; natural grass models include preinstalled synthetic turf with thatch layer
DESCRIPTION
Football goal access frame kits are aluminum or steel framed structures that build a void at the base of an AdjustRight® football goal post giving users access to its mounting system.
Two filler plugs are included that fit snuggly around the gooseneck post and cover the recessed area created by the access frame. When a goal post is installed with an access frame kit and needs to be removed for service, simply remove the filler plugs to access the football goal posts mounting system. Once removed, an optional one-piece reinforced filler plug is placed into the access frame.
In addition to an open frame bottom, access frame kits include subsurface drainage outlets allowing them to be connected to 1” drain lines during construction. This outlet provides drainage, virtually eliminating any standing water inside the access frame area.
All access frame kits are designed to incorporate the SG2S® soccer goal safety system, which can be purchased with GoalPak® combination goals or added in the field after the installation has been completed.
